This session introduces scholars and mentors to the personalized mentoring component of the SMDP experience. Participants will learn how the mentor-mentee relationship is structured, what to expect from their interactions, and how to build a meaningful and productive mentoring relationships. The session is designed to help both scholars and mentors make the most of this unique opportunity for professional guidance, career exploration and personal growth, while setting the stage for the Scholar & Mentor Lunch that follows.
