In this concluding session, scholars and mentors will have additional time for their one-on-one discussions and to reflect on the day’s key insights. Participants will be encouraged to identify next steps for their mentoring relationship and discuss how they can stay connected beyond the conference. The session will also include final remarks and a wrap-up of the day’s activities, reinforcing the importance of mentorship, professional development and the lasting value of the SMDP network.
