Dr Reema Chopra is an Associate Manager in Regulatory Affairs at Kenvue, where she supports regulatory strategy and compliance initiatives across the Neutrogena portfolio, including anti-aging and acne products. She works cross functionally with R&D, quality, marketing, and commercial teams to support product launches and ensure compliance with cosmetic and over the counter regulations.

Reema earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and completed her MBA in Healthcare Management at Rutgers University. She is passionate about healthcare innovation, leadership development, and mentoring the next generation of professionals pursuing careers in pharmaceuticals, consumer health, and regulatory affairs.
