Audrey Mosley is a Therapeutic Area Lead within Clinical Sciences & Study Management for Vaccines & Infectious Diseases at Merck. In this role, she helps shape the operational and scientific strategy for vaccine clinical development, driving consistency, quality, and effective cross functional collaboration across global teams.

Audrey also serves as the Inclusion and Belonging Strategy Lead for Global Clinical Development, where she partners with colleagues across the organization to advance initiatives that foster a more inclusive and connected workplace culture.

With more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Audrey has held a variety of clinical operations leadership roles and began her career as a research biochemist. She earned her bachelor's degree in Biology from Temple University and is both an ACRP Certified Professional and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
