Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment
You got great feedback

You got great feedback

It feels good to hear you did something well, doesn’t it? Someone tells you the meeting ran smoothly, that your presentation landed, or that your input made the project stronger. That kind of feedback is always nice to hear and honestly, needed especially after working so hard on something. A common misconception, though, is that once you get positive feedback, you really don’t need to think about it further.

Log on to the SMDP Portal to view this "Mentor Moment" and don't forget to discuss this topic with your mentor/mentee - or share this content with someone else who can benefit from it.
