SMDP pairs students (Post-baccalaureate, Master or PhD) and early career researchers with mentors who work at companies in the medical technology, biotechology and consumer healthcare industries. With their mentors, Scholars attend a 5-day training session to learn about careers in industry and receive mentoring and career development coaching.
