The end of the year is here and work parties will be happening again soon. Some of us look forward to these, others really hate them and wish to disappear and the rest treat them like just another work obligation that must be endured. Company parties can be a positive and enjoyable experience for many, but they also come with expectations that make it uncomfortable or overwhelming for many others.
