Best Wishes 2026

Dear SMDP Community,

Best wishes for the New Year! As we begin a new year, we extend our best wishes to the entire SMDP community. We are grateful for the continued commitment of our mentors, scholars and partners, whose engagement strengthens our programs and the impact we are able to achieve together. We look forward to another year of learning, mentoring and connection in 2026.

Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment

Finishing the year strong with your mentor

Finishing the year strong with your mentor

The end of the year is not only a time to look at your goals, but also a good time to look at the relationships that supported you, especially your mentor. This does not mean you need to wrap anything up or present some final report. Just take stock of how this relationship between you and your mentor has really gone this year. What have you actually used from your many conversations and what do you want the next year of this relationship to look like?

Log on to the SMDP Portal to view this "Mentor Moment" and don't forget to discuss this topic with your mentor/mentee - or share this content with someone else who can benefit from it.
