Energy vs Time
Many of us manage our days as if time is the only constraint. Our calendars are filled from morning to evening and we are measuring our productivity by how efficiently every hour is scheduled. The problem with this is that time alone does not determine how much you can accomplish. The energy we have during that time plays an equally important role.
