Here's this week's SMDP Mentor Moment You can't fire a missile from a canoe
You cannot produce high level results or manage complex projects or achieve major goals if you have a weak, unstable, disorganized foundation underneath you. Before trying to launch massive initiatives, there is usually a lot of basic and unexciting groundwork that needs to happen first. Skills need to be developed, relationships need to be built, systems need to be organized, discipline needs to improve and experience needs to be gained over time.
Log on to the SMDP Portal to view this "Mentor Moment" and don't forget to discuss this topic with your mentor/mentee - or share this content with someone else who can benefit from it.
